Biophilic & Contemporary | FMCG Industry | Area Size 14,000sf
BREATHING LIFEÂ IN THE WORKPLACE
Briefed to create a sustainable and contemporary space for Tupperware's users, our design strategy was to showcase the company's expertise as American's largest multinational household products company, but also challenge traditional notions of how a workplace should look, feel and function. A palette of warm woods, grey slates and live greens line the entrance foyer and stretches along the entire corridor into the main work hall which includes an array of amenities (think booths, high benches, soft sofas, enclosed rooms, focus pods & collaborative corners). These design elements promote health, social connection, collaboration, inclusivity and focus in the workplace.

INTEGRATING HAPPINESS & PRODUCTIVITY
Sitting 30 storeys high on top of Frasers Tower is Arrow's new workspace which boasts an envious view of Singapore's prime CBD area. Together with the head of Arrow's team, the design aim was to create the optimal balance between happiness and productivity in the working environment. Collaborative spaces including meeting rooms & cafeteria are enclosed to allow users to come together and encourage serendipitous interactions without causing others to lose their work focus in a dense workspace. Flexibility in working areas is also key to cater for the modern workforce with different working styles.

TRADITIONAL SPACES REDEFINED
Wilhelmsen Ships is a reputable ship management company which has been around for more than 160 years, established in 1861 and it is time for the company to provide a more holistic work environment and creating synergies between work and life. Spanning over 3 floors in their first constructed building and 2 more adjoining floors in a newer building, the redesigned and refreshed Wilhelmsen building now offers more than 30 spatial configurations for employees to choose from and provides a range of flexible spaces for users to complete their daily tasks in such as adjustable work desks, collaborative zones and quiet focused spots.
THE COCA COLA COMPANY
Vibrant & Energetic | F&B Industry | Area Size 15,000sf
FLEXIBLE SYNERGY
Moving away from its existing traditionally styled office, Coca Cola's newly revamped workspace of 2 floors heralds a new sense of energy for current users as it centres around flexibility, efficiency and well-being of the employees. With an agile environment vision in mind, rooms were reduced and relocated from the windows to allow warm natural light to flow through the space. Biophilic elements and collaborative zones are positioned near to work desks to facilitate spontaneous discussions. Agile tools ranging from writable surfaces, movable whiteboards to audio-visual capabilities are also integrated to ensure users can perform hybrid work more effectively.
EUREKA INVESTMENT GROUP
Sleek & Sophisticated | Finance | Area Size 5,000sf
MODERN ELEGANCE
Steering away from traditional finance interiors, Eureka's new workspace exudes modernity, futurism with a touch of sophistication. A sleek palette of white polished tiles, brushed stainless steels and curvilinear ceiling feature extends from the front of house to the back. As guests slowly transit into the meeting area, the space is then transformed into a lounge-like environment with tastefully selected soft furnishings & Eureka's own personal art collection set to impress anyone.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The brief was simple - make it feel like Home. On average, most working users spend an equal amount of time at home & at the workplace hence it is equally vital that we make sure the office space brings us positive energy! "Our people spend most of their time in the office, we may start work late but we also end late into the night. We want a place to feel warm, cosy & relaxing enough to unwind with TV, music & whisky."
LENZING SINGAPORE

ALL IN THE DETAILS
Aimed to have a Tencel studio gallery experience, what greets you at Austrian cellulosic fibre producer Lenzing's new workspace are its huge glass frontage, lofty wooden finishes, tinted mirrors & ambient spotlights shining down. The real star of the show however is in the details - with Lenzing's fabrics designed into the space as a showcase of its products i.e hand-woven textile wall panels, desk panels, operable walls & furnishings which involved months in the making.
KFC & PIZZA HUT SINGAPORE

A SENSE OF BELONGING
This 30,000 sf spatial design revolves around the familiar color palette of KFC & Pizza Hut's restaurants of earthy wooden tones, ash greys, blacks and their timeless corporate red. With a long standing history and heritage, it is important that the work environment is not just warm and comfortable but also to foster a strong sense of identity and belonging among coworkers.

INTO THE FUTURE
Drawing inspiration from technology and the industry the client is in, the design team decided to contrast and complement the space-age white in the general areas by warming the place with vibrant, dynamic colors and materials from the industrial age such as black steel frames, raw cemented finishing and natural grain of local hardwoods.

REDISCOVER YOUR INSPIRATION AT WORK
Our goal in this project is to give users a spectrum of workplaces to choose; from traditional work desks to relaxing lounge seats while maintaining an open space concept. To also enhance human engagement with nature, lightings are lined with fresh planters and glass windows and panels are kept transparent to the beautiful daylight views of the surrounding greens.

BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER
You can sense life and buzz the moment you enter the Sabio office with the town hall, collaboration hives and café pantry designed purposefully altogether in front. Stadium stairs serves as a multi-purpose space suitable for community meetings and product launches; as well as a casual setting for meetings and solo work time.

BACK TO HERITAGE
Ensuring art has a visible role in the space, Finnish artworks from the Golden Era has been carefully placed along the gallery passageway in this project. The entire office space reflects a Nordic feel which is casual and cozy that retains the Finnish corporate identity; with a touch of Asian twist in the space seen through the selected vintage lightings, vases, soft and hard finishes.

CREATING EXPERIENCES THAT MATTER
The project of the main office, training sector and an experience center that has a significant contrast of atmosphere that stands out from the rest with dominating dark colors, glowing lighting and reflective materials. The goal is to emphasize the technological products and displays by using the light color panels placed on the dark background.
