Precision Under Pressure:
Tackling Bufab’s Warehouse Rush
Partnering with Bufab, a global supplier of C-parts, gave us the opportunity to take on a fast-paced, high-stakes industrial project. Their new office spans 7,200 sqft, complemented by a 20,800 sqft warehouse, totaling about 28,000 sqft of space. With tight timelines and hundreds of inventory parts to relocate, every step required meticulous planning, precise coordination and skilled teamwork, making this move a true test of precision under pressure.
Coordinating Racks Relocation
Bufab’s warehouse houses over 160 racks of C-parts inventory. We helped relocate 36 existing racks, while the rest were newly installed, requiring close coordination with the client to ensure nothing was misplaced. Once the installations were complete, we had less than a week to move all inventory back in, putting both our planning precision and manpower strength to the test.

Overcoming Site Challenges
Many older industrial buildings suffer from low maintenance and Bufab’s site had deteriorating ceiling concrete. We carried out screeding and touch-ups to repair/ strengthen the ceiling. With heights of 7.6m, all elevated work was done using scissor lifts and MKS work-at-height certified workers, keeping safety as the top priority.
Cost-Effective Cooling Solutions
Bufab's air conditioning system required creative problem-solving. With client constraints preventing rooftop systems, we used air compressors ducted to the nearest windows to cool both the office space and their cool room. Our unique approach also balanced heat and noise, achieving efficiency without compromising comfort.
Project Bufab underscored the importance of careful planning, awareness of industrial site conditions, and strict safety measures. Despite tight deadlines and on-site challenges, the project was delivered successfully through collaboration and problem-solving. The result is a safe, functional, and efficient workspace that fully supports Bufab’s global operations.
