At the Heart: A Space That Brings People Together
The MKS team had the privilege of partnering with AsiaNext, a fintech company and global exchange for digital assets, on the design and build of their new 7,400 sqft office at Suntec Tower.
The design goal was simple: where Innovation meets Collaboration.
Our aim was to create a space that genuinely supports how the AsiaNext team works, connects, and grows every day.
At the heart of the office is the townhall—a versatile space for networking and team collaboration. Inspired by trading floors, our initial proposal included running foreign exchange displays in the ceiling, reflecting AsiaNext’s role in the crypto and digital assets industry.
At the front of the townhall, a full-length writable wall, drop-down projector screens and a stage platform set the scene for energised presentations, team brainstorms and lively networking events.

Townhall pantry is designed to feel like a cozy café, it’s open, inviting and ideal for casual chats or coffee-fueled ideas.
All furniture is modular and made in-house, making it easy to move and reconfigure. Booth seating at the side offers space for quiet work or private discussions.

Next to the townhall is a flexible, height-adjustable hotdesking zone, cleverly separated by a foldable glass wall. Slide it open to seamlessly extend the townhall for larger gatherings, or close it for quiet focus and teamwork.
Other areas include both formal and informal meeting rooms, suited for everything from quick sync-ups to longer strategy sessions. AsiaNext’s main work area is open, clean and minimal as they believe that less clutter creates more headspace. Featuring MKS height-adjustable desks which help keep the team focused and productive.
