Pride in Heritage - Harmonizing Classic
Charm with Contemporary Design
Clifton Partners is a real estate investment firm specializing in property investments, primarily in Asia, with a particular focus on Singapore. Given their emphasis on heritage properties, Clifton Partners desired their office design to reflect a touch of local heritage. The design fit-out is clean and neutral to ensure that the art pieces they own—such as specific materials, paintings, and furniture—are prominently highlighted.

Clifton Partners aims to highlight stone as a key material in their office design, reflecting the finishes found in their heritage properties.
Incorporating a stone feature signage wall will align with their focus on showcasing local heritage and adding a cohesive touch to their office environment.

Behind the signage wall, you'll find the boardroom and pantry area, which serve as the welcoming front-of-house spaces easily accessible to visitors and guests. The design theme is clean and neutral, offering generous wall space to showcase Clifton Partners' stunning art collection.

Upon entering the office, you'll immediately notice a large cabinet and display area showcasing treasured old books and valuable antique pieces collected over the years. Visitors can select a book to read at the collaboration bench, which is also equipped with power outlets for convenient use. The furniture, exclusively manufactured by the MKS team, features customizable colours to fit the office's aesthetic.

The glass rooms with curved edges are another standout feature of MKS’ design and manufactured products. This curve feature not only enhances the visual appeal but also guide users smoothly into the workspace. Inside, the ambiance reflects the intended vision: clean, minimalistic, and brightly lit.

Most of the furniture chosen for Clifton Partners boasts elegant curved designs, creating a cohesive theme throughout the space. In the relaxing lounge area just outside the director's room, we’ve placed a custom boucle curved modular sofa, perfect for unwinding while soaking in stunning views of Singapore’s landmarks.

The director's room offers even more breathtaking views, with direct sightlines to Singapore’s top landmarks, including the Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the Bay. The room features a spacious layout, complete with a custom-built stone-top carpentry table and a comfortable lounge area. The use of stone here pays homage to the materials found in the heritage properties Clifton Partners owns.
